Certainly not a Romanian prison inmate. This is a super interesting project. All the women seem so happy and content. And they don't have to wear jumpsuits. It makes you wonder what they did. This one stood out to me (along with a few others), but I'm just a sucker for pretty girls in dresses. I went to the original site hoping I could sign a petition to get this one out of jail. No dice.

So I just looked at the other pictures, but this girl in this picture you picked looks very Balkan... The people here in Kosovo look very similar to her at least. Interesting. I would have never known.
